Dr. Steve Estep has served as lead pastor at Marion (OH) First since June, 2017. He graduated from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University where he and Michelle met. Steve is a graduate of Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div) and McCormick Theological Seminary (D.Min). Prior to Marion Naz, he served as Sr. Pastor of Clarksville (TN) Grace and Harrisonville, MO Churches of the Nazarene. Steve served as adjunct professor of preaching at Nazarene Theological Seminary (NTS) 2006-2017. He was elected as President of the NTS Alumni Association in 2014 and is on the Board of Trustees for Nazarene Theological Seminary. HIs first book, "The Call to Preach" was released in 2019.
Steve is a big fan of the 6-time Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers. His hobbies include working out, fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles and jet-skis. He especially enjoys date nights with Michelle. Pastor Steve and Michelle have three grown kids – Brandon (Whitney), Brooke, and Blake (Kelsey). They have one amazing grandson named Sawyer, and a boxer named Bo.
