Rev. Herminia is the Multicultural Coordinator for the Northwest District. She has led workshops at District Assembly, PALCON, and the national level. Topics range from immigrant-related topics, racial reconciliation, the multi-cultural church, and Story Circles.
Herminia is also a member of the NOW Movement steering committee, a Church of the Nazarene grassroots initiative coordinating efforts of Nazarenes in USA and Canada who are emboldened by the Spirit to pursue racial justice.
