What: The two Rebeccas dialogue about self-advocacy and navigating exclusive environments as a woman and leader in the church. They present 3 short scenarios and unpack them by looking at the institutional and psychological dynamics and helpful approaches to respond and lead strategically with integrity.
Scenario 1--Seeking sanity and change in a church with male-dominated senior leadership.
Scenario 2--How to claim a seat at the table or start another table where women are historically or systemically not invited to important conversations in our workplaces.
