Gender equality in the leadership of the Church of the Nazarene continues to be a challenge. What is the best way forward? Four women leaders discuss the postures and practices that have enabled them to exercise impactful, leadership in the Church. They will each present their vocational journeys in brief and recommendations for how women can achieve greater voice and place along with suggestions for how advocates can best participate in this good work of gender parity in the denomination.
