Tim Gaines & Shawna Songer Gaines: Being the Pilgrim People of God, Called to Identity, Mission & Ministry.
Shawna is Senior Pastor at Trevecca Community Church and previously served as the Chaplain at Trevecca Nazarene University. She has also served as Co-Lead Pastor of the Bakersfeld First Church on the Nazarene alongside her husband Tim Gaines. She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University (B.A. Philosophy and Theology) and Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div.). She co-authored A Seat at the Table and Kings and Presidents: Politics in the Kingdom of God.
Tim is Assistant Professor in the Millard Reed School of Theology and Christian Ministry at Trevecca Nazarene University. He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University (B.A., 2003) (M.A., 2006); Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div, 2008); Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary (Ph.D., 2014). He co-authored A Seat at the Table and Kings and Presidents: Politics in the Kingdom of God.
