The second lecture from the Heinmiller Lectures in Spiritual Formation with Dr. Steve Porter and Nazarene Theological Seminary. Dr. Porter serves as the Senior Research Fellow and Executive Director of Westmont College’s Martin Institute for Christianity and Culture, as well as Affiliate Professor of Theology and Spiritual Formation at Biola University. He received his PhD in philosophy from the University of Southern California. Dr. Porter studied under Dallas Willard, a noted expert on spiritual formation.
